Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL) has issued the Addendum -01 in order to extend the Bid Closing/Opening date for the submission of bids for the procurement of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) of Development of Filling Facilities at Zone 07, Kolonnawa Installation.  

The deadline for the submission of bids has been extended to 1400 hrs. Sri Lanka local time (GMT+5:30) on 21.10.2026.
